How is our Mobile Connect software unique? (Patent Information)

1) It allows hospitality companies the ability to send SMS texts to their clients where the client can subsequently opt in for offers, furthermore allowing the hospitality company to contact the specific phone number with custom offers.

2) It allows the hospitality company to send text SMS messages to guests when they have checked in, as well as subsequent messages to update the customer.

SkyWire, Inc., provides short message service using short code 21691 and 56242 (collectively, the “Service”). Please read these terms and conditions prior to using the Service. By using the Service, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions, and our Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Service. Please note that to process your requests for this Service, you may be charged a fee to send and receive messages based on the terms of your wireless service. Check your wireless service provider if you have questions about your service plan.

Nonetheless, we reserve the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or governmental request, to avoid liability, or to protect our rights or property. When you complete forms online or otherwise provide us information in connection with the Service, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and true information. You agree not to use a false or misleading name or a name that you are not authorized to use. If we, in our sole discretion, believe that any such information is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, we may refuse you access to the Service and pursue any appropriate legal remedies. You can cancel your receipt of mobile alerts from 21691 by texting the word “Stop” to the 21691 short code, OR send an email with your cell# and the subject “STOP” to: stop@skywire.com to be removed from any future alerts or offers.

Will my International customers be able to use my SMS program?

Typically our shared, and most customer leased short codes, will allow your customers to text in to your program while in the U.S. if they have international roaming service on their phones. However you will need an international short code(s) if you want your program to be available internationally. Please talk to a sales associate for further information if you need international coverage.

Think of your support contract as an insurance policy. When you stay current with support we are there to help you and your staff when you are in a bind 8AM-5PM PST, Monday – Friday, except the 5 major U.S. holidays.
